Membership to the European Urogynaecologica Association is open for all professionals who are involved in the care of women with lower urinary tract and of pelvic floor dysfunction (such as obstetricians/gynaecologists, urogynaecologists, urologists, nurses etc.)
Membership in the Association can be as follows:
- full member (clinicians or scientists active in the field)
- associate (nurses and student members with reduced fee)
- honorary member (scientists or clinicians who have made outstanding contributions to the field of urogynaecology).
Full and associate members are elected by the General Assembly if recommended by two members of the Association.
Honorary members will be recommended by the Executive Committee and approved by the General Assembly.
Full members and associate members pay annual fees. The amount of those annual fees is proposed by the Executive
Committee and ratified by the General Assembly.
Annual dues are to be paid at the beginning of each calendar year
Full members are entitled to pay reduced fees at the congresses of the Association.
